Our nation was founded on principles which recognize that all citizens have “certain unalienable rights” that are bestowed by God. Government exists to protect these rights and to provide the necessary services for establishing justice, insuring domestic tranquility, promoting general welfare, and securing the blessings of liberty.
I believe that on any government level, our elected officials must be committed to limited government, lower taxes and fiscal responsibility. These three ideals are fundamental to the success of our nation, as well as El Paso County.
My candidacy is about reestablishing these founding principles and reclaiming our national heritage. Throughout this campaign I will demonstrate that the problems of our county are not too big or too great to be solved by common sense approaches. I will also endeavor to listen to the needs, concerns, and ideas that you have regarding El Paso County and its future prosperity.
